Job Description
This is a remote position.
Urgent position to start immediately.
Reconciliations and Submissions to 3rd Parties
- Strong in third-party Reconciliations
- Understand how to draw a report from VIP to match a statement
- Understand how to find variances and investigate
- Provide Recon summary to Invoice
.
Experience in the Creation of Excel documentation for upload on third-party Portals and troubleshooting rejections
- Medical Aid Discovery
- Pension Old Mutual
- Group Life Discovery
- Pension Robson Savage
Payroll
.
Strong understanding of VIP and People 300 set-up
.
Understand how to verify information on the payroll system
- Understand navigation and investigation on Payroll
- Understand how to draw reports
- Understand how to write Flexi Fin files
- How to export and import information
Salary
- Strong foundation in understanding how earnings are composed
- Experience with Salary Sacrifice and Pension / Provident Fund
- Ability to communicate details understood from salary investigations
Finance Interactions
- Create General Ledger
- Assist Finance team with queries
- Assist Finance team to match it up
