As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist you will be responsible for strategic planning and implementing ServiceNow integrations that align with organizational needs. The role involves working closely with crossfunctional teams to seamlessly integrate existing systems into the ServiceNow platform. A key aspect of this position is designing and implementing Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integrations using Discovery/Service Graph connectors and APIs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that ServiceNow serves as a unified and efficient platform for various organizational functions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans for ServiceNow integrations considering organizational requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand integration needs and provide expertise in aligning existing systems with ServiceNow capabilities.
Design and implement CMDB integrations using Discovery/Service Graph connectors and APIs.
Ensure the successful deployment of integration solutions addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements in ServiceNow integration technologies.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on leveraging ServiceNow for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with external vendors or partners as needed for specialized integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow integrations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning and implementing ServiceNow integrations.
Proven experience in working with crossfunctional teams to integrate existing systems into the ServiceNow platform.
Expertise in designing and implementing CMDB integrations using Discovery/Service Graph connectors and APIs.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features functionalities and integration capabilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and technology landscapes.
