JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned Functional Lead with 815 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Orion ERP and a strong technical background in Oracle Database 11g Oracle App Form 6i Oracle SQL TOAD and other relevant technologies. This role requires managing the functional aspects of our ERP system ensuring seamless integration with thirdparty applications and leading projects to enhance system capabilities across various business functions including Purchase Sales Inventory Management Manufacturing Production Shop Floor Control and Accounts.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ERP Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary functional expert for Orion ERP ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business processes.
Lead the functional design configuration and deployment of ERP modules.
Develop and maintain functional specifications and documentation.
Project Management
Manage ERP implementation and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through to postimplementation support.
Coordinate with technical teams business stakeholders and thirdparty vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Create and manage project plans timelines and deliverables.
Technical Integration
Ensure seamless integration of Orion ERP with Oracle Database 11g Oracle App Form 6i and Oracle SQL TOAD.
Oversee the setup and connectivity of Orion App Web Base Publication and Orion App GST API Sandbox.
Manage online banking setup and integration with Orion App.
System Administration
Perform Oracle administration tasks to ensure database performance security and reliability.
Handle system upgrades patches and customizations as needed.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues providing timely resolutions.
ThirdParty Integration
Facilitate integration of thirdparty software such as GST TDS TCS Payroll and CRM with Orion ERP.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
Develop and maintain integration protocols and documentation.
Functional Expertise
Purchase: Optimize procurement processes and integrate them with ERP to ensure efficient purchasing workflows.
Sales: Enhance sales operations through effective ERP module utilization and ensure accurate sales data management.
Inventory Management: Implement inventory control systems to manage stock levels track inventory movement and reduce costs.
Manufacturing and Production Shop Floor Control: Oversee manufacturing processes production scheduling and shop floor control to improve production efficiency.
Accounts: Ensure financial modules are accurately configured for accounting operations including ledger management accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting.
User Support and Training
Provide training and support to endusers on ERP functionalities and best practices.
Develop user manuals training materials and conduct workshops.
Gather user feedback and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure ERP system meets business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.
Experience
815 years of experience working with Orion ERP systems.
Strong technical background in Oracle Database 11g Oracle App Form 6i and Oracle SQL TOAD.
Proven experience in managing ERP projects and system integrations.
Skills
Proficient in Orion App Web Base Publication and Orion App GST API Sandbox connectivity.
Experience with online banking setup within Orion App.
Solid understanding of Oracle administration and thirdparty software integration.
Indepth knowledge of functional areas including Purchase Sales Inventory Management Manufacturing Production Shop Floor Control and Accounts.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2) is a plus.
