Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager as a Revenue Operations Specialist at Powerdot you will be a crucial member of the finance team focusing on billing collections revenue sharing with Powerdot partners and process improvements.
Billing Management
Be the owner of the billing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Analyse a large database of charging sessions summarising information to define billing per customer
Collections Optimization
Manage and optimize collections processes to enhance cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables
Implement strategies for timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments
Revenue to cash audit
Support FP&A team in the revenue to cash analysis making sure all revenues booked correspond to cash received
Revenue Share with Powerdot Partners
As part of our business model we share a percentage of our revenues with the owners of the locations: our partners. Be the owner of the revenue share calculations for more than 2000 locations in 5 different countries
Collaborate with the partnerships team to ensure accurate revenue distributions on time
Additional Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Finance Operations Manager in any other project
