Job Description
As an IT Recruiter at Marktine Technolgy Sloutions Pvt. Ltd. you will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities. This is a highimpact role that involves fullcycle recruitment and engagement with both active and passive candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Utilize ZOHO Recruit for efficient candidate tracking and management.
Conduct mass mailing campaigns on Naukari to reach potential candidates.
Post job openings on Naukari ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Utilize Naukari Resdex for proactive candidate sourcing and talent pool building.
Leverage LinkedIn for job posting and headhunting activities.
Engage in proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates.
Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends market intelligence and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Qualification :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on ZOHO Recruit Naukari Hirist Indeed and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with the IT industry and understanding of technical roles.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.
Proactive and selfdriven with a passion for talent acquisition.
Experience in using other recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
