Job Description: HR yst Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform data ysis on HR metrics and trends to support strategic decisionmaking.
- ist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and ysis on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Generate reports on employee performance retention and engagement for management review.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Strong ytical ss with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR ytics or related field.
- Experience in working with HRIS platforms for data ysis and reporting.
- Proven track record of handling confidential information with integrity.
- Previous exposure to talent management and workforce planning.
