- Prepare implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan monthly reporting annual goals sales and marketing budget forecasts and other reports as directed/required.
- Analyze monthly P&L and monthend reports identify deviation from business plan goals.
- Work with Finance and team in preparation and management of the department s budget and financial forecasts.
- Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department.
- Conduct daily briefings with the department to discuss ongoing key activities.
- Oversee and supervise all group transient and catering/banquet sales efforts to optimize revenue generation for the hotel.
- Examine assess and analyze competition market trends and customer feedback to proactively adapt to business intelligence and stay ahead of industry developments.
- Assess the effectiveness of existing programs and formulate new strategies as needed.
- Direct all advertising public relations and promotional activities in collaboration with corporate marketing and public relations departments.
- Actively engage in sales presentations property tours and customer meetings.
- Evaluate shifts in guest needs the guest mix and competitive landscape to propose suitable product/service and operational adjustments when necessary.
- Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain a strong presence and foster a positive image.
- Conduct interviews make selections and recruit individuals for direct reporting positions.

Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor s Degree from a wellregarded hospitality school.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales management or a track record of at least 2 years in a comparable role.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism coupled with a robust understanding of global markets and business acumen.
- Showcase proficient reading writing and oral skills in the English language.
- Have expertise in using MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Bachelor holder in finance, accounting, or any other relevant study field. Minimum 2 years working experience in the senior financial position. Well-understanding of the financial management obligations, and possess of the analytical thinker for the purpose of problem-solving and investigate the financial performance status. Detail oriented, organization skills, communication skill and good in report-writing. Comfortable to work independently and team player in the same time. Excellent in English and Malay language for writing and communicating use.
