Warehouse Logistics Manager - Skin Care Industry

• Oversee daily operations of our 3PL warehouse ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
  
• Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse on inventory levels stock movements and order fulfillment.
  

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and reduce overstock and stock outs.
  
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes.
  

• Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics including transportation and delivery schedules.
  
• Ensure timely deliveries to our retail locations.
  
• Negotiate and manage relationships with thirdparty logistics providers and carriers.
  
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and standards.
  

• Manage stock received from overseas vendors ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to our 3PL forwarder.
  
• Liaise with agents for the custom declaration vessel schedule and clearance ensuring delivery to the door (import/export).
  
• Handle and process all import and export documents including custom forms (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9).
  
• Monitor deadlines and ensure shipment clearance before due dates for timely delivery.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager Logistics Manager or similar role in a retail or distribution environment.
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations inventory management and supply chain logistics.
  
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex logistics operations.
  
• Familiarity with import and export documentation and processes including custom forms (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9).
  
• Ability to liaise with customs agents negotiate with suppliers and manage transportation logistics.
  
• Problemsolving skills to address issues related to inventory accuracy order fulfillment and shipping delays.
  
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams suppliers and carriers.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  
• Detailoriented approach to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order processing.
  
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within a warehouse setting.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and manage peak seasons effectively.
  
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with carriers and suppliers.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
