BlackRidge Group is hiring for one of its clients in Luxembourg for HR business Partner position.
Role:
Acting as consultant between HR function and business functions
HR consulting and coaching e.g. in people and cultural issues in technical and legal aspects of the employment including hiring termination performance management and rewards
Talent management/staffing and recruitment of colleagues on talent initiatives e.g. workforce planning
highpotential employee development succession planning
General HR program/policy implementation administration and compliance
Employee and labor relations and communications
Rewards program coordination and/or administration
Analyses of HR related reports
Handling labor relation conflicts and working with external/internal consultants to figure out the best solutions
Support in and daily administration of all HR related topics
HRIS management
Supporting payroll administration
Participation in cross department HRrelated projects and initiatives
Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or related discipline
Min. 35 years experience in a similar role in Luxembourg
High knowledge of HR programs and policies
High communication skills with internal/external people (excellent language skills in English French and/or German are mandatory)
High knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law
MSOffice SAP Microtis and DSK
Dynamic proactive approach and ability to work effectively in highpressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters
Strong organization prioritization timemanagement multitasking skills
Positive and cooperative attitude
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Very good command of MS Office applications (Word Excel PowerPoint)
