Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at ITP Media Group in India. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment in alignment with the company s culture ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Oversee recruitment process including interviewing candidate identification and selection process
  
• Establish and maintain contact with external recruitment sources
  
• Build a strong employer brand and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns conflicts and grievances promptly and professionally
  
• Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement
  
• Design and execute initiatives that promote a positive work culture teamwork and employee satisfaction
  

Leave & Attendance Management:

• Monitoring monthly leave and attendance records for payroll purposes
  
• Work closely with Payroll team in payroll preparation by supplying relevant data such as absences and leaves
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Handling Provident Fund and Insurance portals providing approvals on KYC as needed
  
• Communicating with public services or suppliers when necessary addressing Provident Fund grievances and managing the Group Insurance Policy
  
• Manage workers compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs
  

Offboarding:

• Manage offboarding formalities for employees leaving the organization conducting exit interviews and facilitating timely FNF settlement etc.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
  
• 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
  
• Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and laws
  
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  
• Excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities
