Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Figure out and scale customer acquisition from A to Z.
• Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses brand awareness digital marketing PR event marketing and product launches.
• Team Development: Build mentor and manage a highperforming marketing team.
• Digital Marketing: Spearheaded digital marketing campaigns optimizing ROI and expanding our online presence.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring costeffective allocation of resources.
• Global Expansion: Craft strategies for entering and establishing a foothold in new markets around the globe.

Requirements

Passionate about Marketing and Communicatons

Proven track record in a senior pr marketing role

• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Willingness to go the extra mile (!!)
• Must to be based in Berlin Germany
