Job Description
At ONIBAR we have the ambition to redefine grab & go food for the next generation of consumers. Our mission is to bring tasty affordable and convenient food options to millions of people across Europe. We just started up our operations in Berlin with the ambition to become the market leader in our category.
We envision a future where convenient food options are synonymous with warm hospitality beautiful spaces and engaged communities. Founded by leaders with extensive backgrounds in food tech real estate and hospitality ONIBAR is supported by prominent investors and business angels from the food sector.
Were now looking for a motivated Founders Associate Intern to work directly with one of our founders on various strategic projects with a particular focus on operations.
Tasks
What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:
- You have supported key operational projects to prepare for scaling
- You have assisted in analyzing data and creating reports to drive decisionmaking
- You have helped streamline and document operational processes
- You have contributed to store optimization initiatives
- You have supported the planning and execution of new store openings
- You have collaborated on various crossfunctional projects as needed
- You have participated in strategic discussions and provided valuable insights
- You have helped identify and implement operational efficiencies
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Operations Management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and datadriven mindset
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to get handson in a fastpaced startup environment
- Fluent in English & German
- Ability to commit to a 36 month internship
- Passion for the food industry and startup environment
