What we are doing
Our mission is to prevent vision loss and ultimately blindness by developing AI software that assists eye doctors in therapy planning for their patients. We use computer vision deep learning models(AI) trained on thousands of cases and millions of images to identify and predict disease progression. The decision support algorithm targets popular eye diseases like Agerelated Macular Degeneration (AMD 7.5mio affected in Germany alone).
Tasks
Your responsibilities
- Your main task is to develop cloud based medical software
- You also introduce processes tools and methodologies to balance needs throughout the software development life cycle from coding and deployment to maintenance and updates
- You are great in your job if you and your fellow software developers are able to continuously integrate (CI) and deploy (CD) new tested code for our product
Requirements
What we are looking for
Your musthaves
- 3 years of experience in professional software design architecture development and releases software engineering best practices e.g. code reviews CI/CD testing operations
- 3 years of programming of dockerized Python application and deployment in cloud infrastructure
- Experience with regulated software development under SOPs ideally medical software development (IEC 62304)
- Degree in computer science bioengineering medical physics or similar
Your nicetohaves
- Experience in networking concepts cybersecurity and cloud computing experience
- SCRUM master or similar qualification to drive agile development
- Knowledge of DICOM tag structure and DICOM transfer protocols
- Workinglevel English (C1 or higher)
