The Enforcement Officer uses a Risk-Based Approach to gather information and collect evidence using given powers under Company law, regulations and rules.
Assist the Senior Manager – Enforcement in the implementation of Enforcement Policy; Conducting investigations in accordance with Enforcement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other applicable Enforcement Department Protocols and Procedures.
Deciding on and drafting investigation plans in response to identified non-compliance by the Company Conducting information-gathering preliminary investigations to identify instances of non-compliance with Company Law, Regulations or Rules, and draft reports.
