Great opportunity to join a company in San Rafael. The accounting team is growing and they are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the team!
Job Summary:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update fixed assets.
- Support the monthly processing of corporate credit card activity
- Support with compliance filings
- Support month and year-end close process
- Support the annual audit and tax process
- Support with updating policy and procedures
- 2 or more years’ related experience are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word.
- Comfort with financial systems.
- Ability to work in office in San Rafael
