Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our business growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Required Knowledge Skills Abilities and Experience
  1. Preferably a degree in Business Marketing Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or marketing
  3. Proven track record of working with entrepreneurs
  4. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
  5. Strong networking negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to understand and communicate complex accounting services.
  7. Strategic and analytical thinking with a handson approach to business development.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand the firm's client base and increase market share.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and viable income streams.
  3. Network and build relationships with potential clients industry professionals and business partners.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  5. Negotiate and close business deals ensuring compliance with the firm’s policies and legal requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  7. Track and report on business development activities and their outcomes.
  8. Establish a healthy pipeline of leads via various channels including cold calling social
media etc.
