Your role

We are looking for an AI Engineer focused at the intersection of software development and ML. On a scale with pure ML research on one side and traditional software development on the opposite side this role falls more on the software engineering side of the scale. Youll be integral to embedding AI/ML features into our products developing the full MLOps cycle ensuring we build bestinclass LLM applications for the sustainability space. This role encompasses everything from constructing robust data pipelines to implementing cuttingedge agentic systems ensuring our products are at the forefront of AI technology.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Essential:

• Python Proficiency: Fluent in Python and experience with Pandas Numpy PyTorch etc.
• Evaluating AI Systems: Familiar with the methodologies for evaluating LLM/AI/ML systems to measure and improve performance and reliability in a structured way.
• MLOps Familiarity: Acquainted with MLOps practices understanding the lifecycle of ML model development and deployment performance monitoring.
• AI/ML Integration: Skilled in integrating AI/ML features into customerfacing applications providing realworld value.

Nice to have:

• Prompt Engineering: Experienced in developing and tuning prompt for LLMs
• NLP Application Experience: Experienced in building text classification entity extraction retrieval system
• Prototyping: be able to investigate experiment and prototype ideas from community/academics that have good potential to improve quality of Briinks ML pipeline
• Understanding Agentic Systems: Knowledgeable about chains routing agents RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) and the use of vector databases for managing structured and unstructured data sources.
• Model Training/FineTuning: Experience in training deep learning models understanding the nuances and complexities involved
