AI Researcher (Founding Engineer)

We value trust clear user value fastpaced decisionmaking and the joy of daily collaboration. We are looking for an outstanding Founding Engineer to join us in our brand new Berlin office.

Your Role

As a founding AI engineer you will be at the heart of our technology and innovation. Working closely with our technical and product founders youll have the chance to:

• Define ambitious goals for our AI products and identify key areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and implementation of RAG (retrievalaugmented generation) pipelines.
• Define benchmark and continually refine performance metrics with both shortterm and longterm plans.

Were seeking someone with expertise in LLMs retrievalaugmented generation finetuning and prompting techniques. Your contributions will be essential in propelling our AI advancements and securing our market position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an AI/ML engineer or comparable academic background
• Proven track record in building complex RAG pipelines
• Skilled in evaluating and benchmarking LLMs
• Proficient in finetuning and reinforcement learning
• Strong knowledge of prompting techniques
• Fluent English
