The ideal candidate will have a robust blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in developing and deploying controllers for robotic systems.
Tasks
- Design develop and deploy controllers for robotic applications focusing on nonlinear optimal control quadratic programming (QP) robust control or model predictive control (MPC)
- Supporting our team robustifying existing controllers
- Support the research arm of the company in area of control theory
Requirements
- PhD or Masters degree in Control Robotics Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in working with realtime systems
- Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: nonlinear optimal control QP robust control or MPC with demonstrated practical applications in robotics
- Solid knowledge of dynamics kinematics sensors and other roboticsspecific domain knowledge
- Strong programming skills in C and Python (experience with ROS2 is desirable)
