Principal Responsibilities
To administer maintenance contracts agreements invoicing setup and contractual terms in relation to the customer agreements. Liaising closely with the Central Billing team to ensure accuracy of information.
Upload budgeted hours and system asset information to the system at contract set upto enable accurate reporting on operational delivery.
Assist with set up of new maintenance contracts within the business Service Management System ensuring correct processes are followed with a consistent approach across the business.
Ensure the information on the system is current and accurate
Complete the set up of any callout contracts required
To follow the Lost Maintenance Process for all contracts notified in line with current procedures
This is not intended to be an exhaustive list. The nature of this role requires the employee to adapt to new processes and / or requirements that are introduced within the business.

Ability to use Word Excel customer portals and service management system effectively and accurately
Must be organised IT literate and conscientious with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal staff.
Technical knowledge:
Industry knowledge and base understanding of our products and services
Working knowledge of quality management systems
Commercial awareness
A high level of customer service awareness

Documentation:
Ensures that all documentation provided by others is accurate and complete
Health and Safety:
