Job Description
We are looking for a Tech Lead for our partner in the banking industry. You are going to have the chance to contribute to building a digital banking system from scratch. As a Tech Lead your focus is to build a worldclass organization focusing on successful delivery great teams and technical excellence. You will shape the vision and the strategy of the Department.
Responsibilities:

- Grow people and teams through coaching mentoring and management.
- Lead the technical strategy work for the product area and drive the necessary transformation when deploying the strategy.
- Advocate software development and engineering practices.
- Identify and introduce changes in how your teams operate to achieve a highperforming state with them.
- Ensure the teams are delivering impactful solutions.
- Drive the technical leadership of your department shaping its strategies and helping grow an outstanding organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience with setting a technical strategy for an organization and drive the technical transformation needed across several teams.
- Experience with leadership supporting managers and growing the whole team.
- Advanced expertise in Node because the role is backend heavy.
- Handson experience with AWS on the cloud side.
- Good to have some React experience.
- Understanding of the DevOps principles and handson experience applying them.
