Knowledge:
Business analysis frameworks & techniques ideally with relevant certification (e.g. BCS).

Experience:

Business Analysis experience from business case development through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle ideally in Financial Services and CRM/Salesforce.
Experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders to proceed in a preferred manner.
Confidence in leading the discovery process and designing your analytical approach to suit the nature of the work and environment.
Effective stakeholder management skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problemsolving and delivering optimal client solutions bringing an entrepreneurial approach and mindset to business design.
Significant technical understanding of business analysis frameworks benefits management business process modeling requirements analysis and functional decomposition.
An interest in working in a dynamic environment gaining experience on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a Salesforce delivery team on transformation programs and client engagements in the Financial Services sector.
Focus on discovery and design phases while continuing to support the client and delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand and document as is processes.
Create to be process maps and service blueprints using relevant tools and techniques.
Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Book and facilitate requirements workshops.
Ensure stakeholder engagement and approval in the requirements process.
Use requirements management tools (eg JIRA ADO).
Analyze data to support evidencebased root cause analysis and to inform decision making.
Resolve requirements clarifications.
Work with Architects Functional Leads and Technical leads to ensure the requirements are understood and that solutions meet the clients requirements.
Champion the use of agile and design thinking methods to drive innovation continual improvement and solve complex problems.
Support Presales during the development of new business with new or existing clients.
Assist in the review of proposals during the presales process to ensure proposal accuracy.
Work with the commercial teams to ensure a smooth handover into Delivery processes.
Ability to work with engagement leadership to ensure accurate and achievable resourcing planning.
Maintain and improve internal team skills processes and ways of working.
Help mentor and coach other colleagues.
Participate in the PwC culture practices and teams.

Desirable skill sets:

Strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong aptitude; logical and analytical ability.
Inquisitive mindset asking why using a range of analysis techniques suitable for the environment and stake.
Facilitating discovery workshops.
Documentation of requirements.
Management of requirement issues and change requests.
Gap analysis and capability mapping.
EndUser Training and other user adoption activities.
Reporting of requirementrelated risks and issues.

Additional Requirements:

Industry specialist knowledge in Financial Services (Banking Insurance or Wealth Management).
Experience working across a range of functions within FS Firms.
