The Client:
Our client is a franchise of the largest business coaching firm in the world dedicated to helping small to medium business owners achieve their goals through their renowned coaching and training programmes. We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Lead Generator to join the team and play a key role in their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement various lead generation strategies to enrol small to medium business owners into our coaching and training programmes.
- Telesales: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients establishing rapport and identifying their needs.
- Sales Performance: Achieve aggressive sales targets by following through on leads and closing deals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain longterm relationships with clients providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Franchise Partner for the region to assist with highend B2B sales.
- Innovation: Continuously seek out new methods and strategies to improve lead generation and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Must be female.
- Minimum of 56 years of experience in telesales within a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Extensive leadership skills with the ability to tackle challenges headon.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both over the phone and facetoface.
- Ability to develop instant rapport with people and maintain a likeable presence.
- Selfstarter with the ability to grow and enhance the success of our business.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Professionalism persistence and a positive mindset.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial fastpaced environment.
