Job Description

Integrated Client Lead

Reports to: Managing Directors

Main purpose of the Job:

Our Media & Creative integrated agency is looking for a Client Service Lead to partner across all channels and departments driving excellence and creating valuable ways of working for our one of our major FMCG clients.

This individual will be responsible for guiding the account and creative teams in optimising the output quality and value of their work whilst supporting and encouraging colleagues to identify and grow new business opportunities within the specific account. He/She will be the key point of contact for client and accountable for the planning execution and measurement of a portfolio of projects and programmes across Media (ATL & Digital) as well as Creative. While this pivotal position encompasses three key areas operations strategic thinking & brand building a deep understanding of TV media planning tools and implementation is a mandate.

Responsibilities:

Client Services

  • Works collaboratively and develops strong partnerships with clients agency resources and account team.
  • Maintains big picture view and thinks creatively to solve problems especially when dealing with complex marketing challenges.
  • Delivers strong ideas brilliant creative and flawless execution through the management of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proactively advises clients on new issues and the external environment.
  • Takes responsibility for developing budgeting managing and finalising client activity programs ensuring these are delivered efficiently and to client objectives.
  • Instigates and facilitates brainstorms/workshops to develop the strategic tactical and creative direction of account.
  • Takes appropriate risks with a relentless focus on results.
  • Contribute to the media experience (omnichannel) conception and consistency in liaising with all resources involved in client satisfaction (Strategy Media Creative) to build an integrated agency offering to client.
  • Coordinate and manage the integrated teams working endtoend for the client.
  • Supervise all client integrated reports and ensure its consistency and alignment with initial objectives.

Financial Management

  • In conjunction with senior team members ensure input into revenue forecasts with submissions based on sound financial tracking and experience.
  • Oversees and manages account/project resources (based on fee projections) profitability forecasting and revenue to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Takes responsibility for establishing and confirming financial arrangements with the client.

Commercial Awareness and Business Development

  • Is responsible and accountable for securing and retaining business by providing professional consultative proactive and strategic support and ideas.
  • Is aware of wider industry client competitor strategies and market environment and uses this knowledge to direct the account teams work in consultation with clients.

Team Management

  • Creates an environment and atmosphere that encourages the pursuit of big ideas.
  • Takes a leadership role in actively nurturing and contributing to the development of big ideas.
  • Guides the development of sellin strategy in partnership with Strategy Media and Creative teams preconditions the client and protects the big idea once sold.
  • Manage teams to optimize workflow and workload.
  • Must be able to pull together the right people to solve the clients marketing problems.


Requirements

Previous experience and Industry background

  • 10 Years experience in Account Management/Client Services
  • Media Agency experience
  • Media planning and implementation in ATL with a focus on TV

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Education compulsory

Work arrangement

2 days at home 3 in office. Monday and Friday compulsory and town hall days are compulsory in office days.
