Who we need

Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join our Automation and Digital Applications team where you will play a pivotal role in delivering cuttingedge solutions to our clients.

This candidate should be able to analyze complex business challenges and determine how these can be solved utilising Microsofts best practices and patterns.

As a key member of our consulting team you will be responsible for implementing multiple projects using your expertise in both functional and technical aspects. Your technical expertise will be utilized through configurations and a handson approach ensuring the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

What Will You Do

Key Responsibility:

  • Responsible for delivering solutions to customers who are globally successful
  • Proficient in both the functional and technical aspects of a consulting role
  • Demonstrate analysis skills and experience in principles of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and related technologies to provide detailed reliable options for scoping/estimates for solution implementations
  • Assist the sales team with creating client demonstrations and showcasing the product to potential customers
  • Drive / Participate in client workshops
  • Analyze customer business requirements and design technical solutions including functional / nonfunctional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
  • Disposition requirements to be addressed by outofthebox features via standard configuration as well as customization including the proper customization technique
  • Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and coordinate/drive client solution testing
  • Develop appropriate requirements design and deployment quality documentation
  • Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies and implementation methodologies
  • Effectively work with team members including partners customers and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate /resolve risks and issues
  • Consume and contribute best / recommended practices lessons learned and intellectual property (IP) to the global Microsoft community with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Foster client relationships and engage with Microsoft and client stakeholders to drive solution success
  • Writing custom integration programs and webbased addons using C#.NET
  • Development of custom plugins workflow actions and bespoke services

Who Do You Need to Be

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop various relevant skills and capabilities
  • Experience with building integrations to other applications
  • 4 years of consulting experience specifically in MSD365 CE
  • Gathering of requirements and translating requirements to CE functionality
  • Technical skillset including:
    o Entities
    o Forms
    o Fields
    o Business Rules
    o Business Process Flows
    o Workflows
    o Dashboards
    o Power Automate (Flow)
    o Experience working on Full life cycle projects

Advantageous

  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) qualifications or certifications and a desire to develop
    various relevant skills and capabilities
  • Gathering of requirements and translating requirements to CE functionality
