Requirements
Job Requirements for Workday FINS Core Certified Professionals
To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following requirements:
A minimum of 25 years of experience and a finance background with experience in finance transformation projects.
Competency with relational databases and ERP planning systems.
Knowledge of data modeling tools and ETL processes and tools.
Understanding of Workday Financials system and Data Migration Recipes including EIBs Advanced Loads and iLoads within Workday.
Experience with data conversion strategy planning mapping and transforming data across ERP systems.
Ability to understand endtoend finance business processes and gather data requirements to support the data migration process flows.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Openminded to seeking innovative solutions.
Selfstarter attitude.
Collaborative mindset in working with colleagues across HR and Financials transformation teams as well as the wider PwC network to identify and create solutions for clients.
In addition to the above requirements the following skill sets are desirable:
Familiarity with accounting and financial functional data flows to model data migration processes.
Proven track record of delivering highquality work within deadlines.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
