Job Description
HR IR Consultant Hillcrest
Company based in Hillcrest is urgently looking for a HR IR Consultant.
Salary: RNeg per month dependant on experience and skills
Working Hour: Monday Thursday: 8:0016:30 Friday: 8.00 15:00.
Requirements:
Must have 5 years HR IR Experience
Reliable Vehicle
Responsibilities:
Priority be able to chair disciplinary hearings and represent client at arbitrations at CCMA.
Employment Equity do analysis plans and annual report submission set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
Skills Development create and submit workplace skills plans and annual training reports set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
OHS set up and facilitate quarterly committee meetings
Recruitment
General guidance on misconduct and performance related matters as well as BCEA and COIDA matters
Ability to bring in new clients and handle Key Accounts.
