Junior Customer Success Manager (w/m/d) with an experienced international team in Bonn now.

In this position you become the voice of our customers inside Scanbot SDK. You ensure their feedback and requests are heard assisting them with our solutions at every step of their journey.

How you will make an impact

  • Assist a group of 6070 clients along the entire customer journey and advise them on the integration and usage of the SDK.
  • Identify the specific needs of various industries and thus contribute to product development marketing and growth.
  • Collaborate with our support and development teams to solve our customers support and feature requests.
  • Manage formal quotations invoices and license renewals with our Finance & Operations team.
  • Expand the Scanbot SDKs usage through multifaceted crossselling and upselling campaigns.
  • Provide regular market and competitive research on which to base our crossselling and upselling strategy.
  • Work on the continuous optimization of the CSM processes.

Requirements

We have put a lot of thought into what you should bring to this position.

  • You graduated from university or had comparable professional training e.g. in the form of a completed apprenticeship.
  • You are a h2 team player who can easily adapt to rapidly changing situations.
  • You are openminded communicative and interested in building lasting client relationships.
  • You are detail oriented hungry to learn and ready to take over responsibility for your allocated group of customers.
  • Your German is excellent (native speaker or C2) and you are fluent in English (B2 or higher) a smooth communication with our international customers is key.
