Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Recruiter to join our team at Staff4Half. As a Recruiter you will play a critical role in attracting sourcing and selecting top talent to meet our companys staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with various job boards social media platforms and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to assess candidates qualifications and experience as well as their cultural fit within the organization.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling candidate information.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Administer relevant assessments or tests to further evaluate candidates abilities and potential for success.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process providing timely updates and feedback.
