Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote (PST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 1400 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 03:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across multiple regions. This role requires a deep understanding of the global job market excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The Recruiter will manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications to match them with the right opportunities.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs provide regular updates and offer strategic insights on the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings ensuring a quick and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications:
- High level of spoken English proficiency for effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Prior experience in recruiting is highly preferable but not necessarily required.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Competitive outgoing and proactive with a figure it out attitude.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with the global talent market particularly in regions like Latin America the Philippines India Pakistan Bangladesh and Africa.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
