Job Description

This is a remote position.

Note:

  • This position is a Freelance role with no base pay. You will earn a commission between $1000 to $3000 per successful placement.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced NonIT Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent for various nontechnical positions within our company. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs develop effective recruitment strategies and manage the fullcycle recruitment process. Your mission is to ensure we hire individuals who contribute to our company s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for nontechnical positions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highquality candidates.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the offer process including extending offers and negotiating terms.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in industries such as Engineering Accounting marketing finance sales or customer service.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a nontechnical field.
  • Strong understanding of various nontechnical roles and industries.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit with company culture.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
