Job Description
Our company is looking for a passionate and talented German Speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for answering phone calls and resolving customer complaints promptly. You will also be responsible for meeting customers expectations.

Responsibilities
- Identifying a customers requirements and needs.
- Communicating with customers via calls messages and emails.
- Handling customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Following up with the customer as and when required.
- Collecting feedback from the customer.
- Providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding experience in dealing with different personalities.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Customeroriented individual and an outstanding problemsolver.
- A keen eye for details.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
