- Plan the yearly recruitment requirements.
- Identify and use different recruitment resources ensuring targeting the right calibers.
- Implement the initial screening of and interviews for candidates.
- Identify and use mechanism for checking applying candidates status (accepted rejected or recalled)
- Make selection recommendation for departmental management. Implement employment process.
