- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate staff scheduling, training, and development to optimize restaurant performance and staff satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations to comply with local and international standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to control costs and maintain quality.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to make informed decisions for business growth and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refresh menus while considering customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and private parties to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and revenue.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours to ensure smooth operation and immediate resolution of any issues.
