Tasks
- Resolve complex technical issues within the support team focusing on hard errors requiring coding expertise.
- Own and swiftly address challenging technical problems going beyond routine support duties
- Collaborate with Customer Success to handle intricate technical aspects of issues.
- Serve as the coding expert addressing gaps where the team may lack bandwidth for indepth technical investigations.
- Maintain a proactive approach to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technically demanding tasks.
- Foster knowledgesharing within the support team promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Strong technical proficiency with a background in engineering whether selflearned or through formal education.
- Handson experience with Magento v2.4 Javascript APIs and custom integrations.
- Acute attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all technical responsibilities.
- Team player mentality contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Professional and friendly communication skills for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- German and English skills.
