Our interdisciplinary Growth Team focuses on identifying growth potentials across the entire customer journey from ad funnels to product experience. Were constantly testing and learningand now were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to bring technical expertise to the team.
Tasks
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and execute initiatives that drive aworks growth.
- Lead the technical implementation (both frontend and backend) of growthfocused projects.
- Build and optimize solutions aimed at improving conversion rates reducing churn and boosting user retention.
- Continuously improve the tools and infrastructure supporting our growth experiments.
- Participate in workshops share insights from user research and provide the technical perspective in all growth initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in full stack development particularly with TypeScript Angular Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Bonus: Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on growthrelated projects.
- Youre proactive enjoy taking ownership and thrive in crossfunctional teams.
- Comfortable with change and quick pivots without losing focus.
- Curiosity drives youyou love challenging the status quo and finding the best solutions.
- Excellent English skills (our working language is English ).
