awork is aiming highour vision is for awork to be used by over 100000 teams worldwide by 2030. To get there we need bold ideas and a lot of experiments. Our interdisciplinary Growth Team focuses on identifying growth potentials across the entire customer journey from ad funnels to product experience. Were constantly testing and learningand now were looking for a Full Stack Engineer to bring technical expertise to the team.
Tasks
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to design and execute initiatives that drive aworks growth.
- Lead the technical implementation (both frontend and backend) of growthfocused projects.
- Build and optimize solutions aimed at improving conversion rates reducing churn and boosting user retention.
- Continuously improve the tools and infrastructure supporting our growth experiments.
- Participate in workshops share insights from user research and provide the technical perspective in all growth initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in full stack development particularly with TypeScript Angular Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Bonus: Experience in the SaaS industry with a focus on growthrelated projects.
- Youre proactive enjoy taking ownership and thrive in crossfunctional teams.
- Comfortable with change and quick pivots without losing focus.
- Curiosity drives youyou love challenging the status quo and finding the best solutions.
- Excellent English skills (our working language is English ).
