About the Role

As our Founding AI Engineer youll architect and implement the AI that brings our humanoid robots to life. Initially focusing on autonomous object handling for industrial applications your work will lay the foundation for our longterm vision: fullscale humanoid robots capable of transforming industries. What Youll Do

Develop AI systems that enable our humanoid robots to perceive move and interact with the real world. Address challenges in robot perception control and navigation ensuring dependable performance in dynamic environments.
Create intelligent robotic systems. Lead development of core AI modules from computer vision that lets robots see to motion planning for precise graceful movement. Design and implement learningbased control systems that advance robotic dexterity.
Integrate your AI solutions into our robotic platform. Use frameworks like ROS and IsaacSim to ensure seamless interaction and build scalable systems for a fleet of intelligent humanoid robots.
Shape the future of AI in robotics. Define and drive our AI strategy and roadmap directly influencing the companys technical direction and advancing whats possible with humanoid robots.

What Youll Bring

A Ph.D. or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science AI Robotics or a related field demonstrated by a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions for robotics or related domains. Show us what youve built!
Mastery of Python C and/or Rust essential for building highperformance robotic systems.
Handson experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch including model optimization and deployment.
Practical experience with robotics software platforms such as ROS and IsaacSim demonstrating your ability to integrate AI within a robotics ecosystem.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical setting including mentoring guiding teams or leading projects. Tell us about your leadership style and accomplishments.
