Senior Recruiter

INS Global is a onestop solution for companies seeking to expand their business in 100 countries. We help our clients to bypass the operational complexities in emerging markets by simplifying human resource management and by offering an alternative business framework which minimizes risks.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter that could deliver recruitment services globally.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy.

Determine selection criteria and design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Manage ongoing talent communication and interview scheduling throughout the recruitment process.

Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System.

Lead employer branding initiatives.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.

Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

MUSTHAVES:

Bachelor s degree or above.

At least 3years work experience in recruiting or headhunting or Corporate Services Company

Fluency both in English and Mandarin

Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Organized reliable autonomous and flexible.

LIKEToHAVES;

Any other language proficiency is a plus.

Strong proficiency in MS Word Excel and PPT

Familiar with LinkedIn and other local recruitment websites.
