Job Description

Job responsibilities

  • Provide effective and efficient support to the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO).
  • Manage and document meetings including the preparation of minutes when necessary.
  • Prepare various documents including reports presentation materials business proposals company memoranda and business letters.
  • Handle and coordinate travel arrangements such as visas flights restaurant reservations and accommodations for the GCEO.
  • Coordinate with the driver to update daily schedules and travel arrangements for the GCEO and family members when required.
  • Organize and assist in hosting events both internal and external initiated by the GCEO.
  • Manage miscellaneous tasks assigned by the GCEO including family matters.
  • Anticipate the needs of the GCEO to ensure a seamless and positive experience.


Requirements

Job requirements:
  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Secretary/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working as a secretary.
  • Proficient in reading writing and conversing fluently in English Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a taskfocused approach.
  • Proactive adaptable and capable of handling changes with ease.
  • Resourceful with a positive learning attitude and willingness to take on new tasks.
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Possess the ability to set priorities meet deadlines and exhibit a sense of urgency for timesensitive tasks.
  • Efficiently organize events and activities.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to work in Kota Damansara.
