Job Description
Position: Customer Service Consultant
Salary Package: RM1800 RM2300
Working Location: Puchong
Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic
Working Days: 6 days/week (off on weekday overtime pay is provided)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
Job Descriptions:
Good customer service experience in the beauty industry beauty salon / clinic
Achieve monthly target set by the company personal target
Answer incoming call and reply message
Call and schedule appointments
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
Provide full support on matters related to sales operation
To carry out skin/ hair ysis consultation and excellent services towards customer
Handle customer enquiry and to provide information and istance
Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor
Responsible for the daily cash handling
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum SPM
At least 12 year(s) of working experience in hair salon or related field is required for this position
Familiar with beauty salon operations
Good communication s
Knowledge of Computer Microsoft office (Word Excel)
