Your mission
As a member of 1KOMMA5s Product Innovation team you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Drawing inspiration from the legendary 7 Samurai our team comprises distinct specialists each wielding unique skills to navigate the frontiers of innovation. Our mission is to identify and deliver compelling value propositions in every market we operate in prototype and test groundbreaking products and master the art of product communication both internally and externally.
In your role you will focus on:
- Idea Generation and Ideation Workshops
- Prototype Development and Testing
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Product Communication
Creative Problem Solving: The ability to think creatively and solve complex problems within the context of HEMS and the energy sector fostering an environment of innovation which will enable the whole team to build outstanding & award winning products which solve real customer problems worldwide.
Risk Management: Strong risk assessment and management skills to navigate uncertainties in the energy market evaluate potential disruptions and guide the innovation process with a focus on minimizing risks and maximizing opportunities.
Prototyping and Validation: Handson experience in rapid prototyping and validation methodologies to quickly test and iterate on innovative ideas ensuring that proposed solutions align with market needs and technological feasibility.
Market Insight/Analysis: Indepth knowledge of the energy market & power electronics including regulatory trends emerging technologies and customer needs. Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough market analyses identify potential business opportunities and make informed decisions regarding product development and market entry strategies in the HEMS and energy sector.
Market Positioning: The ability to develop and execute comprehensive market positioning strategies for energy solutions considering the unique value propositions and competitive advantages within the dynamic energy sector.
Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding to develop business cases assess investment opportunities and ensure that business decisions align with profitability goals in the context of the energy sector.
OR
Technical Acumen: Strong technical proficiency in HEMS and energyrelated technologies allowing the Product Manager to engage effectively with development teams understand system architectures and make informed decisions about product features and enhancements.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in roles requiring creative problemsolving skills preferably in innovation management within the broader energy sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessing and managing risks associated with innovation projects particularly in the energy domain. Experience with risk mitigation strategies is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership experience in fostering a culture of innovation with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team lead position within an energyrelated organization.
- Demonstrated experience in rapid prototyping and validation methodologies with a minimum of 2 years of handson experience testing and iterating on innovative ideas within the HEMS or energy sector.
