Senior External Manufacturing and Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and processoriented Senior Manager / Manager External Manufacturing and Supplier Quality to join our team. This crucial role involves overseeing Supplier Quality and ensuring that our outsourced manufacturing operations meet and exceed expectations. As a key accountability you will collaborate with suppliers to develop processes maintain the required level of supplier quality performance and ensure that supplier selection aligns with Evacs stringent requirements and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance Supplier Quality Control and Processes ensuring the professional handling of supplier claims and executing related improvement activities.
• Manage Outsourced Manufacturing processes and uphold process quality while ensuring professional New Product Introduction (NPI) execution.
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to enhance external manufacturing and supplier collaboration working closely with internal partners in product development and product lines.
• Conduct supplier audits and safety walks identifying and mitigating supplierrelated risks and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Supplier Quality activities are met.
• Drive company management targets by effectively managing supplierrelated processes and quality.

Key Competencies:

• Leadership skills and a solid grasp of business operations preferably within the Maritime industry.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality and operations coupled with a background in Supplier development.
• A dynamic energetic individual with a continuous improvement mindset willing to engage in handson work.
• Ability to build and lead business relationships with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong processoriented approach.
