Job Description

Our cutting edge products power precise carbon calculations for all types of activity (e.g. flights car rides hotel stays) according to national and international standards and streamlines carbon compensation with real impact thanks to our network of climate partners developing carbon removal or avoidance solutions.

We want to bring our solution to more clients so we can fulfil our mission faster and thats where you come in!

Tasks

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Sales executive to take our Sales team to the next level
  • You will own the sales pipeline for your given tier. Get creative break the mould and breathe fresh life into our ways of work.
  • Close new deals from lead generation all the way to account management. We care about our clients and want to grow our partnerships.
  • Understand our product and our clients needs so that you become a trusted advisor implementing solutions to their problems.
  • Be the face of our clients internally helping to influence our product and overall processes to keep improving and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports by analysing and summarising information. Lets make data driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 3 years sales experience in the climatetech or startup ecosystem
  • Be adept at negotiating terms of sale with customers and demonstrate exceptional communication leadership and customer service skills
  • Fast paced growth mindset with a cando attitude
  • Agile with a tendency towards framing ways of work towards scalability
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong CRM management skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters degree in business sustainability or market related
