Your.Rentals is looking for young and talented members to join the Customer Success Teambased in Hanoi.

Are you a good problemsolver quick learner interested in technology and fluent in the European language Were looking for a caring motivated and selfstarting person to join our product team in Hanoi to support the needs of our users who are property managers and guests of vacation rentals all around the world.

As this role directly supports our users most of whom are based in Europethe hours of work will be nonstandard and some shift work may be required (12pm 9pm)

What will I be doing

• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and accurate way via phone email or chat.
• Assisting guests to complete unpaid bookings.
• Answering any questions property managers/guests might have about the booking process.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.

Skills and experience

• Universitylevel education major in French/Italian/Spanish.
• Understanding spoken and written English atIntermediate level
• Experience working in the hospitality/travel industries as a plus
• Comfortable using webbased software
• Strong problemsolving skills multitasking and time management skills
• Basic use of spreadsheets
• Selfmotivated and able to plan own work
