Job Description

Saigon Coworking has been the first coworking space in Ho Chi Minh City since 2013. We ve built various affordable workspaces and other services for individuals startups and business owners so that they can focus on their core businesses without hassles.


We are looking for a property management executive who will make Saigon Coworking great and manage a smooth running operation. You ll need to be an accomplished multitasker able to preempt issues before they become problems.


  • Member management

  • Conduct the checkin/checkout procedure for members ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding for guests.

  • Address and resolve members complaints and handle any adhoc requests.

  • Assist with walkin visits and support business development initiatives to increase property occupancy


  • Property management

  • Oversee vendors including security cleaning staff handymen and facilities suppliers.

  • Ensure the space is consistently clean wellmaintained and up to standard.

  • Collaborate with vendors to furnish decorate and maintain the property within budget.

  • Maintain stable internet electricity and other essential services.

  • Oversee regular maintenance inspect the space and identify areas for improvement.


  • Administration

  • Update the members database and maintain records of contracts with clients vendors suppliers and partners (both soft and hard copies).

  • Work with the accounting team to update member information manage monthly invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Working location: Saigon Coworking Airport/ C Lao/ Th o i n

Working time: 40 hours from Monday to Friday



Requirements

Job Requirements

  • At least one year of relevant field experience in either hospitality management real estate management house leasing administration reception or customer service is a plus

  • Be able to operate independently proactively approach to solve problems

  • Good communication skills in both English

  • Sociable openminded and good selfmanagement skills

  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Google Suite)

  • Able to work effectively with foreigner

  • Comfortable with frequent travel between different building locations
