This is a remote position.
1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance including photocopying filing data entry and sensitive document preparation.
2. Answer emails screen calls and redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members.
3. Office Organization Maintaining and Ensuring all Office Documents are kept up to date archiving and sorting of documents in our online drives when directed. Basic formatting experience required.
4. Managing and Scheduling of appointments and calendars for Support Coordinators
5. Offer support to various departments as needed
6. Maintain accurate records and databases ensuring information is uptodate and easily accessible Ie Service Agreements and Consents remain up to date to adhere with Company Policy and NDIS Guidelines.
7. Social Media Collating and Scheduling Social Media content/posts where requested by Management. Researching new ideas and market trends.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
