Bachelors’ degree or BSC from a reputable university
1 – 3 years of experience in a similar field
Knowledge of basic digital marketing & advance CLM tools
Practical knowledge of digital platforms and some of the CLM tools; MoEngage, Braze, Lean Plum, Acoustic, Twilio (experience with at least one email automation platform)
Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills including prioritising, scheduling and adapting when necessary.
Strong critical thinking, technical and data analysis skills
Self – motivated & willing to take on new challenges
