Job Description
● Design and execute comprehensive programs that address various academic challenges faced by students: Ensure these programs are adaptable to cater to individual learning needs and styles.
● Offer one-on-one counseling sessions to assist students with academic planning and personal development: Address both academic concerns and emotional wellbeing issues, referring students to specialized professionals when necessary.
● Coordinate Wellbeing Initiatives: Develop and manage initiatives aimed at promoting student mental health and emotional wellbeing.
● Work closely with faculty, mental health counselors, and other relevant staff to create a holistic support system for students: Ensure a cohesive approach to student development and wellbeing.
