Project Manager

Our client is a cuttingedge software company headquartered in Chicago specializing in global payments payroll and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions. Our clients software empowers global organizations to efficiently manage their workforce across multiple countries while seamlessly executing payroll processes.

As a Product Project Manager you will be a key player in the ongoing development and enhancement of our groundbreaking software solution integrated with HubSpot. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to define and prioritize product features ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.

Tasks

Collaboration:

• Work directly with 3rd party developers to bring our cuttingedge software solution integrated with HubSpot to life.
• Collaborate daily ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirement Definition:

• Drive the definition and documentation of project requirements.
• Meticulously guide the development process with attention to detail.

Relationship Ownership:

• Take ownership of the relationship with the provider fostering innovation and ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Product Project Management:
  Proven experience as a Product Manager Project Manager or Product Owner in HR tech payroll or payment/fintech products.
• Developer Interaction:
  Previous experience working directly with 3rd party developers facilitating daily standup meetings and translating technical requirements into actionable tasks.
• Communication Skills:
  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential as youll be responsible for documenting requirements and collaborating with diverse teams.
• HubSpot Expertise:
  Familiarity with integrating and leveraging HubSpot functionalities for effective project and product management.
• Location:
  Ideally based in Chicago IL where our headquarters is located. However we are open to considering candidates across North and South America working fully remotely who meet the qualifications.
