Open and maintain client Details on stand out.
business new & existing shoppers (Lead Generation) and changing potential leads into customers/Clients.
Maintain and update shopper database in electronic database system.
Resolve product or service issues by elucidative the clients complaint; determinative the reason behind the problem; choosing and explaining the most effective resolution to resolve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up with customer to assure satisfaction, respond queries.
suggest potential merchandise or services to management by assembling client info and analyzing customer desires.
Prepare sales or service reports by assembling and analyzing client info
